Vahiran lets sellers create simple, shareable product pages and share them on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and elsewhere. Vahiran does not sell products, process payments, handle shipping, or take part in any transaction between buyers and sellers. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

Sellers are solely responsible for everything they publish and for their dealings with buyers, including:

• Product information, descriptions, and photos
• Pricing
• Availability
• Sizes and colors
• Return and exchange policies
• Customer communication

Sellers must make sure their listings are accurate and that they have the right to sell the products and use the photos they upload.

You may not use Vahiran to publish or sell:

• Counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights
• Misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive listings
• Hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit content
• Spam, malware, or links intended to harm visitors

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or business may not use Vahiran to impersonate another.

Vahiran is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Vahiran is not responsible for products listed by sellers, for the accuracy of listings, or for any loss arising from purchases, payments, deliveries, returns, exchanges, or disputes between buyers and sellers. To the extent permitted by law, Vahiran is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may remove content or suspend or close any account that violates these Terms, receives repeated complaints, or puts buyers, other sellers, or the service at risk — with or without notice.

Vahiran is an early-stage product. We may add, change, or remove features, or update these Terms, at any time. Continuing to use Vahiran after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
