Privacy Policy

When sellers use Vahiran, we may collect:

• Email address
• Business name
• WhatsApp number
• Social media links (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Product information uploaded by sellers, including photos, prices, sizes, and colors

We also record basic usage events — such as sign-ups, product views, shares, and WhatsApp chat clicks — to understand how Vahiran is used. These events do not include visitors' identity or IP address.

We use this information to run your account, display your product pages, let buyers contact you, provide support, and improve Vahiran. We do not sell your personal information.

Some seller information is shown publicly on product pages so buyers can find and contact the seller. This includes the business name, WhatsApp number (used by the "Chat on WhatsApp" button), social media links, and the details and photos of published products. Draft products are not shown publicly. Your email address is never shown on product pages.

Account data, product data, and uploaded photos are stored with Supabase, which provides our database, authentication, and file storage.

Vahiran relies on these services to operate:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and photo storage
• Vercel — website hosting
• WhatsApp — chat and share buttons open WhatsApp (wa.me links); anything you send there is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy

Sellers can delete individual photos or whole products from their dashboard at any time, which also removes the related photos from storage. To delete your entire account and its data, contact us and we will remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Vahiran changes. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
